Information we use

We receive account details from Clerk, including your sign-in identifier, and plan and payment status from Dodo Payments. When you submit a job, we use the site address, selected routes, job status and conversion output to run and support that job.

We use account information needed to sign you in and manage your plan, and job information such as the submitted site address, selected routes, status, result details and files. Downloadable kits and other job files are deleted 30 days after a job finishes. Site analytics are stored only as aggregate page counts and do not include IP addresses.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the service, protect accounts, enforce plan limits, answer support requests, process payments and diagnose service problems. We do not use submitted sites or job files to make public galleries.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores job files. Clerk provides account sign-in. Dodo Payments processes payments and subscription status as merchant of record. Google Cloud runs conversion processing. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.

Retention and your choices

Job files are deleted 30 days after the job finishes. Account and subscription records are kept while needed to operate the account, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Aggregate page analytics are retained without IP addresses. You can contact us to ask about your account information or request account deletion.
