Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment by emailing [email protected] with the account email and purchase details. The request must be made within that period. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.

If you have already used conversions from the plan you are asking to refund, the refund is reduced by the value of the conversions used: the price paid divided by the conversions the plan includes for that billing period, multiplied by the conversions used. If nothing was used, the full amount is refunded.

A failed conversion returns the conversion credit used for that job and never counts as used. This does not prevent you from contacting support if you believe a payment or service issue needs review.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and does not by itself refund a past payment. You can request a refund within the window above.
