Terms

Accounts and use

You need an account for paid plans and the dashboard. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Only submit websites that you own or have permission to convert. Do not use MoveToWP to violate another person’s rights, interfere with a site, upload harmful code, evade limits, or break applicable law. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect the service.

Plans and payment

Paid plans include the allowances and features shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Taxes and the final amount are shown in checkout.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues through the current paid period. One-time plans do not renew.

Refunds, files and availability

The refund policy is described on the Refunds page. Failed conversions return the conversion credit used for that job. Job files are available for 30 days after completion, then deleted. The service and its conversion results may change as supported website features evolve.

Service providers and law

The service uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Clerk for sign-in, Dodo Payments for payment processing, and Google Cloud for conversion processing.
